Liz is the Owner and Chief Balloon Designer at Liz Poppin Balloons. Her goal is to bring your event vision to life by creating memorable and picture-worthy balloon installations.
Over the last 6 years, Liz has been apart of a countless number of events. She is always excited to put her balloon skills to the test, pushing her creative limits with each and every event. Her balloon designs are creative, unique, and most importantly, Poppin.
As Liz's balloon expertise continues to expand, she has had the privilege of teaching many up-and-coming balloon artists the ins and outs of running a successful balloon business.
Working alongside Kierstin has been a highlight to her career, giving her the opportunity to work with a professional party planner who allows her the freedom to create her Poppin Balloon Designs.

Growing up with a mother who was a seamstress and decorator, it was inevitable that DeVonna would fall in love fabric and designing.
She and Kierstin have always connected over their mutual love of design, implementation, and creating. DeVonna assists Kierfully Planned with event set ups and enjoys creating event focal points that bring the WOW factor!
Through her business, D Luxe Event Decor, DeVonna creates eye-catching event decor and designs. According to her, the bonus has been learning, growing, and building a network with, what she believes, is one of the strongest and most well-rounded teams in Pittsburgh.
DeVonna, Kierstin, and Liz are truly a dynamic designing trio! DeVonna is grateful for their partnership and looking forward to creating even more event-scapes together!
